I believe in giving credit where credit is due, and you deserve a standing ovation! First, our damaged cover was replaced on Friday the same week as it was received. Very impressive. Next, we have used the cover over the weekend, and are very pleased with how it works. We can set the temperature of our spa to a max of 104 degrees. We could never reach that high of a temperature with our old cover. Using your new cover over the weekend, our spa made it to 104! For the quality at that price, I don't think there is a better cover on the market.

What a great company who really cares about the customer!!!!!!! When I received my soft spa cover I instantly realized the quality and craftsmanship of this product.
With my hot tub being built around a deck, I needed to have some additional trimmed off the skirt to give it a better look and fit. I was really stressing about calling thinking that they would tell me that they built the cover to my measurements and there was nothing they could do. My first email to Debbie explaining my problem and her response back just blew me away. She was so willing to help in any way she could. All I had to do was send a picture and explain what I needed to have fixed. I just received my cover back and they did exactly what I asked and it looks so good on my hot tub.

The delivery service used was professional and arrived as scheduled for the prearranged time of delivery. The driver had no problem helping me open the boxes to inspect the covers … I'm sure you like to know these things as you use many different delivery companies that may reflect on your company.

Put off getting a new top for awhile now I was to the point of I was the only one who could lift the top off I put bricks up to help support the topon the lift...wow ordered the new one built and shipped really fast received it and fit perfect.Really pleased with everything should have done it sooner Oh and also had I chose to keep with the manufacture it would have doubled the cost plus had to pay for shipping..
