Our hard foam hot tub covers are custom built to ensure great strength, high insulation values, and come standard with UV inhibitors to prevent premature aging. Our Premium hard hot tub cover comes with an exclusive 5 year warranty. We custom build all replacement spa covers with the utmost care and diligence. We can custom make size or shape to fit any including oversized hot tubs. All covers use the highest quality heavy weight marine grade vinyl and energy efficient virgin tapered foam polystyrene inserts. Inserts are heat sealed with a 8 mil thick poly vapor moisture barrier to protect against water absorption. UV inhibitors in both the vinyl and thread for the longest life cover in the industry. Heavy gauge steel channeling provides substantial reinforcement and support to prevent sagging or foam damage.

Walk On Spa Covers

If you are looking for a true walk on spa cover, which has the capacity of holding 250 lbs to 1000 lbs the Spa Cover Spot has you covered. We offer true walk on hot tub cover options ranging form a super insulated thick cover to a flat cover with aluminum reinforced sheets glued to the foam. Our standard walk on cover is a super insulated 6" to 4" tapered cover with 2lb foam, full lenght steam stopper and extra channeling for cover support.
